All of our products carry a limited Lifetime Warranty. 


We’ll replace any product if it’s not up to our standards of quality and durability, no questions asked. If something stopped working as it should, then let us know and we’ll take care of it at no cost to you.


The only things we don’t cover are “Acts of God” like fire, lighting strikes and flooding. Most of those scenarios are typically covered by your insurance. We also don’t cover theft or intentional/neglectful damage or destruction. 


As for support? We’re here to answer any questions or concerns that you might have.


Need a spare part, or lost your throw lever? No problem, we’ll take care of you!


The best way to start the process is to Open a Ticket in our support system. This will ensure that we can get you taken care of and that you'll have full visibility of every step along the way.
